HOUSEBOATS:
$14.75/ft Per month Annual (Effective April 1, 2024)
$20.00/ft Per month –Seasonal Moorage May 1 – Oct 31st
Seasonal Moorage Rates
Cruiser, Wake Boats, Pontoon, Ski, Sea-Doo
Monthly fee $25.00 for Garbage, Recycling, and Water (All seasonal customers)
Trailer parking available for Moorage customers.
*BOAT LENGTH: All boats are measured from bow to motor to swim grid.
1- 2 months $40.00/ft. per month – Includes 1 parking pass
2 – 4 months $20.00/ft. per month – Includes 1 parking pass
4+ months $18.50/ft. per month – Includes 2 parking passes
Trailer parking available for moorage customers.
Boat/Vehicle Parking
- May-September $100/month per vehicle or trailer
- May-September $10/day per vehicle or trailer
- October – April $6.00/ft. per month
*All boats will be re-measured from bow to motor or swim grid in 2023.
Power, Water & Garbage
May 1 to October 31st – Power registration form required prior to plugging in. Household garbage only! Construction garbage see local dump.
Cruisers ($140.00/month)
Houseboats ($165.00/month)
Winter Rates: November to April 30th. Call for rates.
Seasonal Moorage Payment Plans
1 – 2 Months’ Seasonal Moorage: Must be paid in full.
2+ Months’ Season Moorage: Pay in full; or monthly payments available with $25.00 Admin Fee each month.
