Complete Package Deal - $550.00 for summer season (May 1 to October 31)
- includes unlimited dock power, septic extraction, garbage disposal & the final fall septic "Royal Flush"
Individual Services:
Septic Extraction Seasonal Rate - $250.00 for unlimited septic pump-outs from May 1 to October 31
Dock Power - $450.00 for summer season (May 1 to October 31)
- please call for winter rate (November 1 to April 30) as requirements vary
Septic Extraction Fee $35.00 per septic pump-out for cruisers
$75.00 per septic pump-out for houseboats
Covered Storage - includes unlimited * Valet Service (launch & retrieval)
