- taxes (12% HST)
- fuel - budget approx $125 per day... depends on premium fuel at the time, how far you drive houseboat & how fast you drive
- septic extraction - $50.00 per reservation for unlimited pump-outs
- propane - $75 per reservation/per boat
- complimentary 90 liters of bottles water included
- early departure option - $350.00
* board houseboat afternoon prior to departure date between 3:00pm & 5:00pm
* houseboat must leave dock… no exceptions
* saves groups from having to rent hotel rooms
* additonal evening & night on the lake
- damage deposit buy-down - $30/night damage deposit buy-down will reduce the amount of damage deposit required
* pay $30/night for a $2000 damage deposit… if declined a $4000 damage deposit is required
* applicable damage deposit will be processed onto Captain’s credit card at check-in
* fully refundable less charges due to damages, lost inventory, late returns, excessively unclean boats and so forth
Policies:
- booking deposit - $1000 to confirm reservation (deposit goes towards charter)
- final payment due 60 days prior to departure date
- cancellation policy:
* we retain $500 if charter is cancelled 60 days or more prior to departure date
* cancellations made less than 60 days prior to departure date lose full payment... if charter re-books, we retain $500
- captain & co-captain must be 21 years of age with valid drivers license & must attend the onboard training
- maximum 14 people allowed on Sunseeker Houseboats at any time
- no pets ... sorry!
